Indian Bars

Have you been looking for some fun, trendy and tasteful shopping in India? Then Filter, the design store at Kalaghoda, brainchild of the Alok Nanda and Company (ANC) team is your answer.
Their format is of an art gallery, not a shop. The uniqueness lays in the refined assortment of products that steer clear of the pop colors and kitsch designs generally associated to India.
Being a complete chocoholic, the one thing that really got me going was this set of chocolates…in six very unusual varieties, like Madras Kapi (Coffee), Local Nimboo Sherbet (Lime), Indian Paan (Betel Leaf), Gujrati Aamras (Mango), Kerala Dalchini (Cinnamon) and Parsi Ceremonial Rose.
Designed by Alok Nanda and Company, these are examples of unique packaging created for a new line of premium chocolate bars inspired by unique flavors found in some of the regions across the Indian sub-continent.
Each wrapping uses conventional treatments and motifs in the design. Monochromatic designs adorned by beautiful paisley prints, lace patterns and traditional borders with regional elements. The outcome is packaging with a sophistication and classiness that’s somewhat delectable.

The Filter chocolate packaging catches your attention with their good taste.
